Built for the mountain.
A two-sided roll cage for Mountain Dew’s Denali program: engineered so the silhouette does the selling before a shopper reads a single word.

The brief
PepsiCo set out to create a distinctive retail display that would spotlight its core Mountain Dew brands as part of the newly updated Denali promotional program. The objective was clear: bold, flexible and cost-effective, easy for shoppers to navigate, adaptable to multiple store environments, and capable of driving both brand awareness and sales. It also had to carry a wide assortment: single-serve bottles through 12-packs, without giving up visual impact or shopability.
What we built
The display reads from across the aisle. A mountainous top silhouette and urban aesthetic frame a dimensional header carrying a metal-stamped Mountain Dew logo created exclusively for this promotion. Textured finishes and detailed 3D graphics carry the adventurous, energized spirit that defines the brand.
Forest-green floating shelves are secured to hidden side uprights, leaving the unit fully shoppable from both front and back. The deep Denali green palette lifts product visibility while reinforcing brand identity. Interchangeable shelf graphic inserts allow different SKUs and promotions to be spotlighted, with the Mountain Dew badge permanently adhered to every shelf.
A medium footprint, adjustable shelving and true two-sided access give retailers placement versatility throughout the store. Robust metal construction under a textured powder-coat finish is engineered to carry high-volume beverage loads: single-serve bottles, 2-liters and multi-packs alike.
Results
The Denali Roll Cage has proven a flexible, iconic solution that meets brand and retailer needs at once. Bold color, a strong frame and a striking header consistently engage the target shopper, driving impulse purchases and lifting overall sales performance.
It also carried PepsiCo’s rollout of Mountain Dew’s modernized brand look, strengthening recognition and growing market share.
The program launched with over 180 displays produced across 2025–26, deployed in major supermarkets and big-box retailers including Walmart, ShopRite and Kroger.
Tell us about the brand, the aisle, and the shopper. We’ll handle the rest.
